2. A list of questions
You probably have some things you'd like to ask about, instead of just letting the information emerge without input from you. Writing down some of your questions can help you make sure you've covered the things you want to.
Try not to write a long list of things, focusing instead on a few of the most important ones. If you have too many questions, there may not be time to cover them all, and it can overshadow other things you could learn.
3. A meaningful object
Some clairvoyants pick up on psychic vibrations from objects, so having something with you that carries special meaning may make the revelations stronger. Choose something small, like a piece of jewellery that belonged to a lost loved one, or something that was with you during a difficult time.
Even if your particular clairvoyant doesn't have this ability, an object helps you focus your thoughts and concentrate on the matters that are important to you.
4. Something to help you relax
If you're feeling anxious about the session, holding something like a fidget toy is a good way to help calm yourself. For an even bigger effect, hold a small gemstone like rose quartz, topaz or amethyst, which are said to have a relaxing effect, and feel soothing in your hands.
